How do I place an order?

You can order from any restaurant on the list by clicking on the restaurant tab. You can place an order now by selecting one of the open restaurants or call 205-353-3450, and one of our managers will assist you with placing your order.

How long does it take for delivery?

The average delivery time varies based on volume or time of day but typically is between 30 minutes to one hour for dinner deliveries. Avoid delays by scheduling your delivery in advance. You can schedule deliveries days, weeks, or even months in advance by selecting a date from the calendar on the home page. This is great for special occasions or surprise dinners.

What is my delivery fee?

Our delivery fee is $3.75 up to 7 miles and $1 per mile over that. Mileage is calculated by the distance from the restaurant to your location.

Why is there a surcharge?

This covers operating expenses for the website, apps, and licensing fees.

How do drivers get paid?

Drivers are paid a portion of the delivery fee and 100% of any tips you give them.

Do you deliver alcohol and tobacco products?

No, because we cannot be sure that a minor is not the one trying to purchase it, and we don't have a liquor license.

What are my payment options?

*Corporate: Cash (NO $100 bills), Credit Card, Company Check (company check address must match delivery address) and Oneonta-2-Go Gift Certificates.

*Residential/Hotel: Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, and Oneonta-2-Go Gift Certificates.

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover credit cards, and Cash (NO $100 bills since our drivers only carry $20 in change).

Can I order from multiple restaurants?

Yes, you can. Just click on the restaurant of your choice and order. Then click on the next restaurant and continue your order. You will get $1.50 discount for each restaurant, and your delivery time adjusts for the extra time. Everything will be on one receipt and all your food arrives at the same time!

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed with the restaurant. If you need to cancel or make changes to an advanced order, call 205-353-3450 and a manager will assist you.

I have a problem with my order, what should I do?

If there are any problems with your order, you must call us within 15 minutes of the order being delivered. We will confirm with the restaurant regarding the mistake. Once we verify with the restaurant that the problem was on their end, we will either coordinate with your delivery driver to re-deliver the missing/incorrect item or refund you the amount.

What if the restaurant doesn't have what I ordered?

If it's a side item, we reserve the right to substitute with another side item. If it is an entree, we will call you to let you know and ask you what you'd like in place of it.
